You can return the item to us within 30 days of receipt and we will then refund you the amount.
You can use the prepaid return label from your parcel. This ensures an easy return process. Simply put the sticker on your return parcel (you can re-use the parcel/bag that we sent you) and your parcel is ready to be shipped. The return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
