Magnolia Bakery - Revisited…

It seems that with all New York City has to offer, with its constant hunger for renewal we tend to forget the things that helped to make NYC what it is today. It may be small things, it could be important things, but I think I would choose to call them "classic" things. And in my opinion The Magnolia Bakery fits the "classic" category spot on, for instance last week on my birthday, my boyfriend surprised me with an all out, all white, vanilla birthday cake from Magnolia with sprinkles and all the goods. It got me thinking that even though New York has lots of great new things to offer we should not forget the classics.
