VILA A/S was established in 1993 and is a part of BESTSELLER A/S, which is a 100 % family owned company founded in 1975. Today, VILA has retail shops in Scandinavia, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Ireland, Estonia, as well as on Iceland and the Faroe Islands. VILA has more than 1,500 wholesale customers in all of Europe.
VILA wishes to create quality products to reasonable prices. VILA wants to make it possible for girls to dress amazingly and feminine without compromising style, quality, and the latest trends.

About 1,000 factories around the world manufacture products for BESTSELLER every day. At BESTSELLER we believe that mutual trust, dialogue, training, and development are important factors that can help create a common understanding of how a good working environment should be.
BESTSELLER’s Code of Conduct clarifies to our colleagues, our suppliers, and other stakeholders the expectations and demands for the working conditions in BESTSELLER’s supply chain. A team of BESTSELLER employees work exclusively with our Code of Conduct in the countries where our products are manufactured.
Our Code of Conduct is no guarantee, but it helps us contribute to improved conditions at the factories. However, it is an ongoing process which will never end. The important thing for us is that we experience continuous development. As long as this is the case, we continue the cooperation with our suppliers.
